Trunk or Treat is this Friday - October 29- from 6-8pm.

            Trunk or Treat is always a good time for the kids and for the

young at heart, so plan on coming looking for your favorite treats.

Operation Christmas Child has started. The shoeboxes are due Nov. 14.

            Please consider filling one. A reminder, please don’t seal the

            envelope when you turn your shoebox in.

Dorothy Patterson turns 95 on November 6. It would be great if we could

            give her a card shower for her birthday. Consider sending her a

            card the first week of November.

There is a DeColores weekend on Oct. 28-31 at Laketon Bethel Reformed

            Church. Please pray for the workers and that lives will be changed.

Daylight Savings Time ends November 7. Don’t forget to “fall back” by       setting your clocks back an hour.

Gift baskets for the raffle are on display. We are selling raffle tickets 3

for $1. Winning tickets will be drawn on November 13^th after the

Swiss Steak dinner.

Men’s Breakfast coming on Saturday, November 6 at 8 a.m. All men are

            invited to attend, enjoy a good meal & a short devotional.

Next Council Meeting – Monday, November 8 at 7pm.

Swiss Steak Dinner – Saturday, November 13 from 5-7pm. We are selling

            Advance tickets for $7/adult. Cost at the door will be $8/adult.

            Kids 6-12 cost $3 at all times and children 5-under eat free. See

            Eleva Jensen for tickets.

Covenant World Relief Sunday is November 21. You can pick up your

            soup-can labels and tops on the overflow table.
